The Queens Of Sports
Catherine Sebring
Hello sports fans! My name is Catherine Sebring and after working as Los Angeles Lakers superstar guard Kobe Bryant’s publicist for three years, I decided to launch the Queen Of Sports blog in April of 2010. Other athletes and sports entities I’ve had experience working for include Los Angeles Laker forward Pau Gasol, the Los Angeles Lakers Community Relations Department, the University of Southern California (USC) Athletic Department and the Tiger Woods Foundation. I graduated from USC in May 2007 with a bachelors degree in Public Relations.
We here at Queen Of Sports are happy to bring you fresh, unique content with a female twist. We aim to show athletes and sports in everything they do off the court or field in the areas of fashion, television, music, movies, charity, family life, etc.
Leah Hollar – Editor/Writer
Hello fellow Queens, I’m Leah Hollar, Queen of Sports’ resident writer. While Catherine has been in the sports business for years, I’m fairly new to the sports world being anything more than watching Monday Night Football at home. I aim at providing a female perspective on the latest gossip, athletes in the media, and the business of sports. While I love basketball, football, tennis and soccer, I love being a part of making the sport of mixed martial arts more widely recognized. Having previously worked in the world of fashion, I make it a priority to keep my pulse on the latest trends, endorsements, and advertisements in the world where fashion and sports collide.
