Sports Date Of The Week: Tennis Lesson!

In honor of Wimbledon starting this week, we’ve decided that an appropriate Sports Date of the Week would be a tennis lesson!
Look up tennis lessons offered in your city and sign you and your man up for a tennis class! Or if you or your man are a pro, give each other get on the court, play and exchange pointers.
The modern game of tennis originated in the United Kingdom in the late 19th century as “lawn tennis” which has heavy connections to various field/lawn games as well as to the ancient game of real tennis. After its creation, tennis spread throughout the upper-class English-speaking population before spreading around the world.
Who knows, maybe after a couple lessons you and your man can play in the doubles match at Wimbledon!
