Athletes Bare (Mostly) All in ESPN The Magazine’s ‘Body Issue’

Venus Williams, Kelly Slater, Tim Howard, pool player Jeannette “The Black Widow” Lee, as well as twelve members of the USA Water Polo Women’s National team and a couple dozen student athletes from a Division I school are baring pretty much all for the cover of ESPN The Magazine‘s annual ‘Body Issue.’ Not designed to be salacious or to compete with SI’s swimsuit covers, the issue proves to show off the best bodies in sports. More athletes will appear inside the magazine, but they’re keeping it a secret for now. We’re content with this photo of Tim Howard for now.
The ‘Body Issue’ hits newsstands October 8th.
