Pizza Hut Rewarding Certain Jersey Number Wearers With Free Breadsticks

September 2nd, 2010 | Posted by Leah Hollar in Food

Pizza Hut is promoting their simplified menu prices by offering free breadsticks with the purchase of any medium or large pizza for walk-in customers who wear any jersey numbered 8, 10 or 12. Valid September 8-12, the promotion ties in with the new menu prices for customers: $8 for a medium pizza with up to three toppings, $10 for a large with up to three toppings, and $2 more for a specialty pizza.

So, whose jersey is Pizza Hut asking you to wear? Well, anyone with an old #8 Kobe Bryant jersey will qualify, Bo Jackson was #8 circa his stint with the Chicago White Sox, former Cowboys QB Troy Aikman, and Oakland Raiders QB Jason Campbell are just a few #8 jerseys that came to mind. Miami Dolphins QB Chad Pennington wears a #10 jersey, as does LA Galaxy’s Landon Donovan and the Clippers’ Eric Gordon. For #12 jerseys, there’s retired NFL Fall of Famer Terry Bradshaw, Orlango Magic center Dwight Howard, and San Diego Padres’ Scott Hairston.
