In related news, Tim’s brother Robby and longtime friend Angel Gonzalez have formed XV Enterprises, a sports marketing and management agency with Tim as their first and only client.

“We interviewed the top 15 marketing agencies in the world and went through their dog and pony show,” said Robby, Tim’s older brother. “They were big and smooth and wore three-piece suits and some of them are very good at what they do. But one thing we realized is that they were talking about the things for Timmy that we were already thinking about. And when it came to negotiating we could do the job as good as they could and we weren’t necessarily worrying about that 20 percent cut.”

We know another superstar athlete who has gone this route, LeBron James. In 2005, LeBron left power agent Aaron Goodwin and joined a group formed by his friends, LRMR Marketing. That group has yet to make any major deals for LeBron or any other athlete.

Tim has already locked in endorsement deals with some of the top athletic brands including Nike, Electronic Arts (EA) and Jockey. His Denver Broncos jersey was the best selling NFL jersey over the summer.

We told you last week that First Lady Michelle Obama was teaming up with NFL commissioner and Tony Dungy to promote her “Let’s Move” campaign in New Orleans.

The picture above shows Michelle and Roger participating in some drills with kids from Brock Elementary School this afternoon.

The 2010 NFL season kicks off tomorrow night. The Super Bowl Champion New Orleans Saints will host the Minnesota Vikings.

Sources saw the former boxing champion rubbing his wife’s belly over the weekend at Ago restaurant inside Las Vegas’s Hard Rock Hotel.

“They are very happy and everyone is doing great,” Mike’s rep told PEOPLE Magazine.

Los Angeles Lakers guard Shannon Brown has been vacationing with girlfriend, recording artist Monica in Cabo San Lucas.

While in Cabo, the couple has been spending a lot of time in the water. Shannon was trying to teach Monica how to swim plus they hung out with dolphins.

They look like such a happy couple!

According to a Las Vegas radio personality, Mike Tyson will be making an appearance in the third installment of the Men In Black series.

The movie is set to be released on May 25th, 2012. Mike made a cameo in the comedic hit “The Hangover,” where he appeared as himself. No word on the type of role Mike will play in Men In Black III.

New York Giants wide receiver Steve Smith spent yesterday filming another commercial for Karako Suits. He looks great in the picture above! Steve has been in several of their spots in the past couple years. As soon as we get our hands on the new one we’ll post it but in the meantime, check out this one:

Female tennis legends Billie Jean King and Steffi Graf joined forces with Longines, a Swiss watchmaker, to host the Center Court For Kids tennis clinic for more than 50 children.

Benefitting Steffi’s Children for Tomorrow charity, the Center Court for Kids event led mainly by Steffi, who spent three hours on court tutoring and helping the children, offering tips and advice about their tennis games.

Last week, Longines, Steffi and Town&Country Magazine, hosted the “Women Who Make a Difference” awards dinner.

Back in February of this year, before Queen of Sports was reporting, a story came out about the University of Mississippi choosing a new mascot. They are the Rebels but haven’t had an on-field mascot in years, so they requested voting for a new mascot and their wish was granted. But that was the only thing that went their way in the choosing of the new mascot. The school got together and came up with a hilariously nerdy yet somewhat clever idea for a mascot. Since they were the Rebels, someone had the genius idea to choose a character who is the leader of the Rebel Alliance in Star Wars. Admiral Ackbar is his name, and he looks scary so what better way to fend off enemies? The only problem with the whole idea is that Lucasfilm quashed the idea. Watch the commercial ESPN did of the story, above. It’s hilarious that the dance team and cheerleaders didn’t want anything to do with the “catfish-looking thing” but as one student said, the IQ of the school would go up as nerds floundered to attend the school with the Star Wars mascot.
