Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Book

Sports Illustrated photographer Walter Iooss has spent the last four decades photographing iconic athletes and some of the most famous bikini clad models.

The photographer has decided to compile all the photos of the most gorgeous woman in the world and create a book appropriately titled Heaven.

When asked who he thought should buy the book, Walter responded “I think anyone involved in the fashion world. People who love models. Photographers. Maybe designers. I would hope the fashion world would embrace it. The sports lovers. Women should buy it for husbands. I doubt women are going to buy it and put it on a coffee table. This is obviously a Father’s Day gift.”

Need Some Shoes For The World Cup?

MLB Teams Up With Disney

Major League Baseball has signed a licensing deal with Disney. Team branded Mickey Mouse figurines will be available for retail this week.

The deal began when Anaheim was chosen for this years All-Star game. The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim used to be owned by Disney.

“With the All-Star Game returning to Anaheim, now is the perfect time for these two iconic American brands to team up and celebrate the premier sporting event of the summer,” said MLB president and chief operating officer Bob DuPuy. “These Mickey Mouse statuettes will allow fans of all 30 clubs to share in the excitement of All-Star Summer even if they can’t make it to Anaheim for the festivities.”

The 7 ½-inch figurines cost $24.99. But for those that love baseball and Mickey, there’s the three-foot versions that will sell for $600.

To garner attention, Major League Baseball will set up 36 seven-foot statues around Southern California. Some of those will be sold, but the teams have the first option to buy them for their parks.

Father’s Day Present – Logo Toast

Looking for a great Father’s Day present? We found something for that ultimate sports fan!

Josh Fink, owner of Boston-based company, Pangea Brands has created a new invention for sports fans, ProToast.

ProToast is a new line of toasters that available in every team from the four major sports – that pops out with the teams logo burned into it.

“Our motto is ‘Toast Your Team,” said Fink.

Fink has big plans for Pangea Brands next year which including licensed panini presses and waffle makers.

The toasters cost $34.99 and are available at most sporting good stores and online.
