Queen Of Sports Fantasy Football Guide, Part 3

Here is our third edition of the Queen Of Sports Fantasy Football Guide! (Check out parts one and two) Today we are bringing you our favorites kickers as well as our choices for bench players, one player from each position that deserves honorable mention. We’ve got a good mix of cute and sexy here, something for everyone!

Kicker

Matt Prater (Denver Broncos) – Doesn’t he look like the quintessential mid-western guy? Matt hails from Mayfield Heights, Ohio. He majored in psychology at the University of Central Florida. Matt’s stats: 5’10” and 180 lbs.

Ryan Succop (Kansas City Chiefs) – We think this guy is so cute! Ryan is originally from Hickory, North Carolina. Ryan earned the 2009 Mr. Irrelevant, an honor bestowed on the last pick of the NFL draft every year. He is one of the most successful Mr. Irrelevant’s. Ryan’s stats: 6’3” and 221 lbs.

Neil Rackers (Houston Texans) – We love Neil’s ice blue eyes! He’s so handsome and looks like he should be posing for a Calvin Klein ad. Neil is from Missouri and lettered in three different sports in high school, football, baseball and soccer. Neil’s stats: 6’1” and 210 lbs, married to Rachel Rackers.

Bench Players (Honorable Mention)

Trent Edwards (Quarterback, Buffalo Bills) Trent’s stats: 6’4″ and 231 lbs

Braylon Edwards (Wide Receiver, New York Jets) Braylon’s stats: 6’3″ and 215 lbs

Michael Turner (Running Back – Atlanta Falcons) – Michael’s stats: 5’10 and 244 lbs

Dustin Keller (Tight End – New York Jets) – Dustin’s stats: 6’2″ and 248 lbs

Mason Crosby (Kicker, Green Bay Packers) – Mason’s stats: 6’1″ and 207 lbs

Queen Of Sports Fantasy Football Guide, Part 2

Here is part 2 of our Fantasy Football Guide to the Hottest NFL players! If you missed part 1, check it out. Today we tackle (pun intended) the competitive categories of running back and tight end. We challenge you to create your own fantasy football team made up of the sexiest football players and see how they do against your guys team! Here are our picks for the hottest running backs and tight ends.

Reggie Bush (New Orleans Saints) – it’s been a rough summer for the Super Bowl Champ with his former school USC coming under severe punishment after allegations Reggie accepted inappropriate benefits but that doesn’t mean the guy isn’t hot. He’s got a perfect smile and a great body. And with Miles Austin dating his former girlfriend, we think Reggie will be fully focused on his on-field achievements this season. His fantasy ranking is in the 30s so he’s got some room for improvement. Reggie’s stats:  6’0” and 203 lbs, rumored to have gotten cozy up with Kanye West’s ex Amber Rose.

Adrian Peterson (Minnesota Vikings) – is ranked as one of the top running backs in the league and he looks really good! His father gave him the nickname “All Day” because as a toddler he was hyperactive. How cute! Like Reggie, Adrian has a great smile and think a toothpaste company should sign him as an endorser ASAP! Adrian’s stats: 6’1” and 225 lbs, engaged to Ashley Brown who posed for Playboy’s “Girls of the Big 12” issue.

Ryan Grant (Green Bay Packers) – check out this guy! Ryan who went to Notre Dame went undrafted in the 2005 NFL draft but signed with the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent. He had to miss the entire 2006 season after severing an artery, tendon and nerve in his left arm after being knocked into several champagne glasses at a club. While injured, he coached at Queen of Peace High School in New Jersey. How sweet! Ryan’s stats: 6’1” and 222 lbs.

Pierre Thomas (New Orleans Saints) – Pierre has become a favorite among New Orleans Saints fans because of his smaller frame and underdog story. His nicknames include “PT Cruiser” and “The Frenchman”. The name “PT Cruiser” was given by a sports columnist who likened his attributes to that of the Chrysler car. Pierre’s stats: 5’11” and 210 lbs.

Matt Forte (Chicago Bears) – This guy is a smart one! While most pro athletes leave college early to begin their pro career, it’s always fun to hear about guys who get their degrees. Matt earned a Finance Degree from Tulane University in 2009 while playing for the Chicago Bears.  He likes playing video games in his spare time, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and Halo 3, are some of his favorites. Matt’s stats: 6’2” and 218 lbs, engaged to Danielle Daniels.

Tight End

Tony Gonzalez (Atlanta Falcons) – we think Tony is so handsome, check out those arms! The 34-year-old is ranked in the top ten of his position. Tony has started his own nutritional supplement company with all natural ingredients. He experimented with a vegan diet in 2007 but ultimately decided he needed meat to perform at his best but he avoids red meat. Tony’s stats: 6’5” and 243 lbs, he’s married and has two children.

Greg Olsen (Chicago Bears) – this blond hunk is originally from New Jersey. He played football at the University of Miami after transferring from Notre Dame. Greg’s brother also played college football but was not offered a professional contract. When he lets his beard grow long he can look a little like crazy Spencer Pratt, but when he trims and cleans up he looks good! Greg’s stats: 6’5” and 255 lbs.

Brent Celek (Philadelphia Eagles) – ranked in the top five at his position, this 25-year-old is hot! Originally from Ohio, Brent had a breakout season last year and signed a six-year contract extension in December 2009. His brother Garrett plays tight end for Michigan State. Brent’s stats: 6’4” and 255 lbs, married to his high school sweetheart Susie Johnsen.

Queen Of Sports Fantasy Football Guide, Part 1

So, this fantasy football thing is all the rage right now. Your boyfriend, father, brother are all busy signing up for leagues, researching players and setting up their draft strategy. We gave a breakdown of how fantasy football works a couple weeks ago and now we are bringing you our Queen Of Sports Guide to Fantasy Football but we draft our players a little differently. We like to form the hottest team of football players.

This will be a four part series. In part one we will bring you the hottest guys at quarterback and wide receiver. Check it out!

Quarterbacks

Tom Brady (New England Patriots) – this is a no brainer. We think Tom Brady is so sexy plus he’s an awesome player, so drafting him is a win-win. Tom’s stats: 6’4″ and 225 lbs. Married to supermodel Gisele Bundchen.

Matt Leinart (Arizona Cardinals) – the USC alum and former Hollywood nightlife staple is a definite hottie but he’s been struggling on the field. He was supposed to be a shoe-in to start this season after Kurt Warner’s retirement but that’s come into questions in the last week. Matt’s stats: 6’5″ and 232 lbs. He and fellow USC athlete Brynn Cameron dated while he was in college but split after he turned pro, the couple have a son together. He has been linked to a few Hollywood socialites including Paris Hilton.

Mark Sanchez (New York Jets) – another USC alum, Mark is Mr. New York. He dates Meadow Soprano and loves Broadway theatre so much he was a presenter at the Tony Awards this year. Mark started last season as a rookie and expectations are high for his sophomore season. Mark’s stats: 6’2″ and 225 lbs. He’s single ladies!

Wide Receivers

Miles Austin (Dallas Cowboys) – we love Miles’ blue eyes, so pretty! The 26-year-old is ranked in the top 10 of NFL wide receivers and his popularity among the ladies has grown since he’s been linked to a certain reality TV star. Miles’ stats: 6’2″ and 215 lbs. Currently dating Kim Kardashian.

Chad Ochocinco (Cincinnati Bengals) – one of our favorite things about Chad is his long, lean athletic build, plus he’s always well groomed! Not sure how his play will be affected by the addition of new teammate and fellow VH1 reality star Terrell Owens, but we know he’ll be looking good on the field! Chad’s stats: 6’1″ and 192 lbs. Dating “Basketball Wife” Evelyn Lozada.

David Anderson (Houston Texans) – is originally from Westlake Village, California. We like it when he grows his hair out a little bit like in the picture above. We also like that David has a sense of humor, after scoring a touchdown in 2008, he did the Conan O’Brien string dance to celebrate, pretty funny! David’s stats: 5’10″ and 193 lbs and he’s single.

Wes Welker (New England Patriots) – This guy is such a cutie! The 29-year-old football player is a mid-western boy from Oklahoma. We like his scruffy look! Wes’ stats: 5’9″ and 185 lbs.

DeSean Jackson (Philadelphia Eagles) – Even though he’s a bit on the young side, we think DeSean is cute, we love his smile! The Long Beach native went to Cal where he wanted to pursue a degree in social welfare but put those plans on hold when he turned pro. Looking good DeSean! DeSean’s stats: 5’10″ and 175 lbs.

Evan Longoria: Hot Or Not?

So we are starting a new weekly feature (in addition to our Queen Of Sports 101 and Sports Date of the Week)! Every Thursday we will bring you our Hot or Not piece. This is your opportunity to tell us who you think is hot or not.

For this week’s edition we have chosen Tampa Bay Ray’s third baseman, Evan Longoria.

Evan was the cover boy for Major League Baseball 2K10 video game. Evan is not related to actress Eva Longoria, but after being named to the 2008 MLB All-Star game roster, Eva sent Evan a bottle of champagne and a note thanking him for “doing the Longoria name proud.” In return, Evan sent Eva three signed jerseys.

Athlete Sighting: Thierry Henry

New York Red Bull soccer player Thierry Henry and his teammates were seen leaving their hotel in Toronto, Canada. The team was on their way to take on Toronto FC on Saturday afternoon.

Thierry stopped to sign a few autographs for some fans and then the team was on their way to BMO Field.

The Red Bulls beat Toronto 4 – 1.

A Shirtless Cristiano Ronaldo Shoots Commercial For Timeforce Watches

Cristiano Ronaldo took to his Twitter to announce he is currently filming a commercial for Timeforce watches. The Spanish watch brand has a collection of watches for Spanish athletes Pau Gasol and Rafael Nadal. Timeforce put out a commercial in 2007 featuring both Gasol and Nadal. Unfortunately for us here in the U.S. we won’t be seeing Ronaldo shirtless on a commercial, we’ll have to wait for it to hit the internet.

Sergio Ramos’ New ‘Do

Known for his very long locks, Real Madrid soccer player Sergio Ramos debuted a new hairdo via his Twitter account on Monday. The style looks very Justin Bieber-ish to us with those side swoop bangs, but we definitely like it better shorter!

More Team USA In NYC!!!!!

Team USA is taking advantage of their final days in New York City before departing to Madrid, Spain for the World Championships.

Several members of the team have been spotted around the city. Young talents Kevin Love, Tyson Chandler and Rudy Gay (pictured above) were spotted arriving back the Ritz Carlton Hotel on Central Park South on Monday afternoon.

One of our favorite basketball players Kevin Durant (pictured below) was also seen leaving the team hotel with a friend. Team USA beat France at Madison Square Garden on Sunday 86 – 55. Keep up the good work fellas!

P.S. Someone needs to tell the Kevin’s that socks and sandals are so NOT sexy! Take those socks off or slip some sneakers on!
