Mike Tyson was spotted  out with wife Lakiha Spicer stepping into Crustacean restaurant in Beverly Hills.

The former Heavyweight Champion of the World and Hangover star was inducted into the celebrity wing of the WWE Hall of Fame over the weekend in Miami. Tyson is a lifelong pro wrestling fan who watched it as a young kid before his professional boxing career began. He’s made a few guest appearances on shows like Monday Night Raw.

Tyson said of being inducted, “We all love wrestling. It’s like a soap opera for men. … When I give my speech, you won’t have to worry about me breaking down and crying at that one like I did at the boxing Hall of Fame. You’ll hear every sentence loud and crackling and clear. This one goes straight to my ego. It’s like, ‘I’m so cool.’ This is going to be fun. I’m just very ecstatic about it. It’s a very big honor to me.”

Sylvestor Stallone was also inducted into the Hall of Fame this weekend.

Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. has donated $50,000 to Habitat Humanity for their Blitz Build 2012 program, and has pledged a total of $100,000 to the organization for the project.

The Blitz Build program brings the community and volunteers in to build a new home for a deserving family in only five days. The home being built this year will be located in Vegas Heights for a family of five. Mayweather’s fiance Shantel Jackson was there to present the check to Habitat Humanity along with Mayweather.

It’s not often boxer Floyd “Money” Mayweather Jr. is in the news for something good he’s done for others.

Mayweather is set to serve a 90-day jail sentence beginning in June for domestic battery. Part of an agreement his lawyers made with the judge of his case was that Mr. Money would donate $100,000 to a breast cancer support organization. Making good on that promise, he arrived at his gym in Las Vegas yesterday to sign and present a check to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for $100,000.

Wearing a pink sweater and white slacks, he then signed pink boxing gloves which he also donated to the breast cancer research foundation.

Boxing promoter Duane Moody, who sued, says Mandela’s daughter hoped to organize the fight for her father’s 93rd birthday. The fight was expected to make around $100 million, and Zindziswa promised a 15% commission to Moody. However, once he began making the arrangements for the fight to happen, she disappeared and as well all know the fight never materialized. An L.A. judge awarded Moody the $7.5 million in damages.

Boxing legend Evander Holyfield was hanging out with R&B star (and Kim Kardashian ex) Ray J yesterday at a World Series of Boxing event in Los Angeles. The fight night event, which was held at the Music Box, was a clash between the L.A. Matadors and the Moscow Dynamo.

Other celebrities who were there included Ed Helms, Adam Sabbagh, Julie Benz, and Rob Schneider.

Boxing legend Mike Tyson appeared on a Brazilian TV show, singing “The Girl from Ipanema” along with the grandson of the composer of the famous bossa nova song.

He has a decent voice and some smooth moves. It’s hard to believe he was once such a volatile figure.

Sylvester Stallone joined boxing’s Klitschko brothers at a press conference to announce the trio would be producing a musical based on the original Rocky movie from 1976.

“Rocky: The Musical” is set to open in Hamburg, Germany in November 2012. The Klitschko brothers will train the performers, and original songs like “Eye of the Tiger” will be incorporated into the musical. Stallone said he wants the plot of the musical to focus on the love story between Rocky and Adrian.

There hasn’t been any word on whether or not the musical will make its way to the States.

Manny Pacquiao celebrated at the House of Blues at the MGM Grand following his fight by getting onstage and singing in Tagalog. Jeremy Piven’s band Bad Decisions backed him up.

Manny Pacquiao won by a majority decision, defeating Juan Manuel Marquez on Saturday night. The decision was somewhat controversial with some fans in attendance booing Pacquiao at the end of the twelve rounds, feeling he didn’t do enough to beat Marquez. However, statistics don’t lie and the CompuBox stats say Pacquiao outpunched Marquez, connecting on 176 of 578 punches compared to Marquez’s 138 of 435.

Now, the question is whether Marquez and Pacquiao will fight for a fourth time. Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. are supposed to fight sometime in the next century, but if Pacquiao were to lose to Marquez he could lose the chance at fighting Mayweather.

Manny Pacquiao is currently considered the best pound-for-pound boxer. He is nearly untouchable in the ring. His professional boxing record shows only three losses and two draws to his 53 wins. One of those draws was to Juan Manuel Marquez in 2004. Pacquiao and Marquez fought again in 2008, and Pacquiao won in a split decision. Now, Pacquiao is taking on the Mexican boxer once again, in an attempt to maintain his WBO welterweight title.

The fight will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, and will be available via HBO Pay-Per-View. If you’re heading to a party to watch the fight, or having people over, we came across a great appetizer that is easy enough, and will please both ladies and gentlemen. Whip up a batch of these buffalo chicken rolls and enjoy the fight!

Buffalo Chicken Rolls

makes 12

• 12 egg roll wrappers (roughly 4 square inches)

• 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken (6 ounces)

• 1/2- 2/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

• 1 cup crumbled blue cheese (4 ounces)

• 1 cup broccoli slaw or cole slaw (dry)

• Small bowl of water

• Nonstick cooking spray

• Blue cheese dressing, for serving

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lay egg roll wrappers on a clean work surface. In a small bowl, stir chicken* (see note below) and hot sauce until well coated, using more or less sauce depending on your spice preference. The meat should be moist with sauce.

Begin by placing one tablespoon of the broccoli slaw on the diagonal of the bottom right corner of one of the wrappers. Next, place 2 tablespoons of shredded spicy chicken evenly on top of the slaw. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the blue cheese crumbles over the chicken. Do not overfill.

To fold: Fold the bottom right corner over the stuffing mixture so that it covers it completely, with the tip of the corner now pointing to the center of the egg roll wrapper. Fold in the bottom left corner, followed by the right, so that you now have formed an envelope. Roll the wrap upward one time, leaving the top left corner open. Wet your index finger in the small bowl of water and press to moisten the top left corner. Now fold that down on top of the filled roll, sealing it like you would an envelope.

Repeat with remaining rolls.

Place the rolls on a wire rack set on top of a cookie sheet (or just on a greased cookie sheet) coated with nonstick cooking spray. Spritz each roll evenly with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls crisp and turn a light golden brown.

*Note: To make the chicken, place 1/2 lb of uncooked chicken breast in a small pot and fill with enough water just to cover it. Bring to a boil on your stovetop, reduce the heat slightly, then simmer for about 12 minutes, or until cooked through. Drain and let cool before shredding with two forks, pulling against the grain of the meat.
