Dwyane Wade’s Estranged Wife Sues Gabrielle Union

Dwyane Wade’s messy divorce battle with wife Siohvaughn Funches just got a lot messier. Wade’s estranged wife is sueing his current girlfriend, actress Gabrielle Union, for $50,000 claiming she caused her children emotional distress. The emotional distress was allegedly caused by Union “engaging in sexual foreplay” in front of the two children. Additionally, inadequate supervision of the children is being made a factor in the law suit, as the younger son of Wade supposedly almost drowned in the pool after being unsupervised.
Dwyane recently filed for sole custody of the two boys, and said to TMZ in regards to the law suit, “I am deeply saddened and disappointed that Siohvaughn has used our sons once again as pawns and is now lashing out at Gabrielle, who is an innocent party. It is clear that this is a desperate attempt to retaliate against me for seeking sole custody of our children and requesting that the court have her undergo a psychiatric examination.”

why do basketball players always have crazy ex-wives? it’s like they have auditions before they start dating to see who will cause them the most off-court stress once they get divorced. dwyane deserves better, this lady would be perfect for lebron or kobe.
