August 27th, 2010 | Posted by Queen of Sports in Athlete Sighting,Baseball,Olympics,Politics
Retired US Olympic gymnast Dominique Dawes was spotted taking in the Washington Nationals vs. St. Louis Cardinals game at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C. on Thursday night. It was an exciting game with the Nationals breaking the tie in the 13th inning to win, 11 – 10.
Dominique was born in Silver Spring, Maryland and in June was appointed co-chair by President Barack Obama of the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition along with New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees.
